Disciplines and typical package levels
- Senior Quantum Consultant / Assistant Director: $135k–$180k package.
- Director / Managing Consultant (Quantum or Delay): $200k–$300k plus bonus.
- Partner / Named Expert: $350k–$700k+ package; hourly rates $650–$1,200.
- Senior Forensic Structural Engineer: $180k–$260k.
- Fire & cladding forensic specialists: $180k–$280k; scarcity premium currently 15–25% above equivalent UK bands.
