How We Work With You

Our process is straightforward and built around transparency at every step:

  1. Brief call (30 min) — We learn your business, your team, and the specific technical and cultural requirements for the role.
  2. Market briefing — We share our view of candidate availability, salary benchmarks and realistic timescales based on current market conditions.
  3. Active search — We approach our network and run targeted advertising. Every candidate is interviewed by us before being presented to you.
  4. Shortlist presentation — We present a concise shortlist of pre-qualified candidates with our written assessment of each.
  5. Interview management — We coordinate interviews, gather feedback promptly, and manage offers and negotiations on your behalf.
  6. Post-placement support — We stay in contact with both you and the placed candidate for the first 3 months to ensure a smooth start.

Engagement Models

We offer three ways to work with us depending on the seniority of the role and the urgency of your need:

Contingency recruitment — You only pay when we successfully place a candidate. Suitable for most mid-level permanent roles. Our fee is a percentage of the first year’s salary, agreed at the outset.

Retained search — For senior, specialist or confidential appointments where a thorough and exclusive search is required. A retained engagement guarantees our full focus and a structured delivery process.

Contract & interim — We source and payroll contract engineers for project-based work, cover for maternity/sickness leave, or peak workload periods. Contracts from 1 month to 2+ years.
