This consultancy outsources its BIM today and wants to bring it in-house. You’d be its first permanent BIM specialist, producing structural Revit models and putting in place the BIM standards and protocols the team will use from here on.

A multidisciplinary engineering consultancy that is part of a large UK construction group, with a small consulting team that is growing. Its current work includes a large student accommodation scheme and a 230-unit residential scheme.
The role
- Structural Revit modelling and drawing production at senior level
- Helping to set up the consultancy’s BIM standards and protocols
- Bringing BIM work that is currently outsourced into the in-house team
