JustEng is hiring a Forensic Architect in London to investigate design defects, building failures and construction disputes, and to turn complex technical findings into clear expert reports.
The role
- Assess defective design and workmanship, building pathology and failures
- Review drawings and specifications
- Support dispute resolution and expert-witness work across residential and commercial schemes
About you
- 8–10+ years’ architectural and consulting experience with building pathology, defects or disputes
- Strong academic background
- Chartered (ARB/RIBA)
- Strong report-writing skills
Package: £70,000–£90,000 (DOE) · London (hybrid)
