- Interview preparation — Before any interview, we provide a full briefing on the client, the role, and what they are looking for. We also coach you on likely technical questions.
- Offer & negotiation — We manage the offer process on your behalf, including salary negotiation, and advise on resignation and counter-offer handling.
- Post-placement check-in — We stay in touch for the first 3 months to make sure the role is working well for you.
